Best April 2019 Magazine Covers
The magazine space for April 2019, has generated a lot of talk over the past few days. There was lots of diversity on display, and also a couple of model covers notably Shalom Harlow, and Gisele that were not that captivating. On the other hand, the month was saved by Emily Ratajkowski and Ashley Graham.
On the other hand, the covers of the month of April taught a valuable lesson. Firstly, we learned that gender equality is still a long way from actualization, and the magazine industry is not helping issues. Whose idea is it that powerful women should wear an angry expression and look like men? Why should diversity be expressed condescendingly? We hope that the coming months will bring more positive results.
